John has over 35 years of experience in financial services, having transitioned into the industry from an engineering background. He began his financial services career with Legal & General before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser and establishing the firm. Throughout his career, John has remained committed to delivering a personal, client-focused service. He has built the business around a culture of putting clients first, free from the bureaucracy often associated with larger organisations. As Chair of the Board, he continues to play an active role in safeguarding the firm’s values and long-term vision.

Grant Moors
Grant is an Independent Financial Adviser with more than 26 years of experience in financial services. Before joining the firm, he held a variety of roles with leading global financial institutions, including Barclays and JPMorgan. His career has spanned retail banking, client service, technology, and strategic leadership, culminating in Director-level positions. Grant holds a Master’s degree from the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through clear, practical advice. Outside of work, Grant enjoys running and spending time with his family.

Cheryl has been an integral part of the firm for over 10 years, bringing a wealth of experience and organisational expertise to her role as Office Manager. Prior to joining the business, she worked as an auditor for a national insurance company, developing a strong eye for detail and a commitment to high standards. Cheryl plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, supporting both clients and advisers alike. Outside of the office, she enjoys arts and crafts and spending quality time with her family at weekends.
